Cleverbrand is owned and operated by Nu-Source Inc.  Please note that as covid policies change in the state of NY we will update you with any order delays promptly allowing you to cancel or place your orders on hold.

US Customers
  • Our US shipping operations are open. Standard order processing times are between 1-3 business days. High volume orders may take longer.
  • Please note that once an order has left our facility there may be additional carrier wait times. For up to date information on carrier wait times please visit: FedEx updates.

Yes, orders are currently being shipped by both our US and Canadian shipping locations.

Canadian Orders
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Oversized packages are shipped via UPS.

US Orders
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS smart post.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer pick up orders at this time.

We are receiving returns as of May 27, 2020 for both our US andCanadian locations. Orders placed prior to May 27, 2020 are eligible to be returned until June 27, 2020 (30-days after our re-open date). For detailed return instructions please see our Returns / Refunds page for further details.
